Return and Exchange policy

This Refund & Exchange Policy outlines the terms under which products purchased from Vogue Bazar (www.vogue-bazar.com) may be exchanged. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

1. Exchange Eligibility Window

All exchange requests must be initiated within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of delivery.
Requests received after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Conditions for Exchange Approval

To qualify for an exchange, the product must strictly meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • In original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact

  • Free from stains, odors (including perfume, smoke, or body odor), damage, or alterations

  • Not tampered with or repaired in any form

Products failing inspection will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.

3. Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund under any circumstances:

  • Perfumes

  • Undergarments & intimate wear

  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products

  • Gift boxes, bundles, and sets

4. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact our Customer Support on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Item(s) to be exchanged

    • Reason for exchange

Once approved, you will be guided through the return process.
No exchange will be processed without prior approval.

5. Shipping & Handling Charges

  • All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Vogue Bazar will dispatch the replacement item only after receiving, inspecting, and approving the returned product

6. Refund Policy

Vogue Bazar does not offer cash refunds.
Approved cases will be accommodated through product exchange only, subject to stock availability.

7. Inspection & Approval Rights

All returned items undergo a strict quality inspection.
Vogue Bazar reserves the right to accept or reject any exchange request if:

  • The product does not meet eligibility criteria

  • The request appears misuse-based or fraudulent

  • The policy terms are violated

All decisions made by Vogue Bazar are final and binding.
