Exchange Policy

GENERAL

This exchange policy governs the terms and conditions under which merchandise purchased from Vogue Bazar (www.vogue-bazar.com) may be exchanged. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Exchange Window

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 (seven) calendar days of delivery. No exchange requests will be entertained after this period. 

2. Eligible Conditions

items that are to be returned must be in unused, unworn, unwashed conditions, with all original tags and packaging intact. The products must be free of any stains, odors (including perfumes), and any sign of wear or alteration. 

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances:

  • Perfumes
  • undergarments 
  • Sale or discounted items 
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Gift boxes and sets

4. Exchange Procedure

To initiate an exchange, you must contact our customer support team at (mail) within 7 days of delivery. You must include your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for exchange. 

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are solely responsible for all return shipping charges. Vogue Bazar will not refund the original shipping fee. Exchange items will only be dispatched after inspection and approval of the returned products. 

6. Inspection and Approval 

All returned items will be subject to quality inspection. If the product fails to meet our return conditions, the exchange will be denied, and the items will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. 

7. Right to Refuse

Vogue Bazar reserves the right to reject any exchange request that violates our terms or appears fraudulent. The decision of vogue bazar will be final and binding.
